Used Microskin for a genetic skin disorder on various parts and it served its purpose well. Felt good on the skin, not heavy at all and didn’t feel like anything was on my skin. It also had a smooth feel once the final step of the sealing powder was put on so it became undetectable. I have generally oily skin so it lasted a good amount of days and came off on its own slowly. it was a very different experience but very effective !

My name is Sarah Hue-Williams and I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus which leaves my fragile skin covered in scars and bruises.

It seems silly in a way because there is so much intrinsically wrong with me, yet the one thing that bothers me is how my skin looks.  When you are interfacing with people, it is my skin I feel most self-conscious about. These were the most devastating words I could hear by my doctor at the age of 16 when I was going through an emotional breakdown. I was 10 years old when I had the first signs of vitiligo appear on my hands. Those white spots on my hands and fingers started to give me panic attacks. A condition or a mark by birth is something that is God gifted or perhaps not. Because the world and people make you feel bad about how you look. They will judge you and say nasty thing about you and you will find yourself explaining the reality to each and every person you meet, and sometimes you get so fed up of repeating the same story again and again that was irritating me, so I started to stay at home and only head out when necessary. I avoided people and became an introvert. I also realized that the birthmark at the side of my neck was somehow getting darker with the passage of time. Most of the times, I had to wear a high neck or wrap a scarf around my neck so that it could be less visible. I was going into depression because of the questions asked and the looks given to me all the time somebody could see it. Questions such as “why me?” and “what did I do to deserve this and live with it for my entire life?” were making me sad and frustrated every day.
